Expedited shipping is optional at customer's expense. All orders will be processed within 24 hours.
Once your order has left our warehouse you will be sent UPS tracking via an email and/or text.
Place your order online before 3.30pm on any weekday (excluding Statutory Holidays) and your order will be shipped to you the next working day.
If your order is placed before 3.30pm Friday your order will be with you the following Monday. Any orders placed after 3:30pm on Friday or during the weekend are shipped Monday for a Tuesday delivery.

If you are unhappy with your goods for whatever reason you may ship them back to us within 60 days of purchase. They must be in original as sold condition including all tags and packaging. All items returned to us are at the customer expense and risk so we recommend using a quality service.
